All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

We have 2 rooms in the space and a modern kitchen that are ready to be used for your event. You can create a different mood for your event by using our LED colored lighting in both rooms. Lots of natural soft white light and perfect for a portrait shoot around 2-4 pm times. There is a changing room on-site as well. This Beautiful Lofted space is located near the Western Ave train stop and 5 min away from hwy 290, 10 min from hwy 90, close to West Loop, and 15 Min away from downtown.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Yes, I would book again.

Julia ‘s studio has a such warm & clean atmosphere. I enjoyed filming a dance piece at her studio. She is very polite and hands on. I would highly recommend

The space is gorgeous especially with the led lights it was cold that’s the only thing no heat
