Our converted storefront is spacious, bright and ready for your next event, whether it's a birthday party, shower, intimate luncheon, or other celebration! The vintage boho themed space includes a cozy seating area complete with a plush tufted velvet couch, coffee table, greenery and boho wall decor. The walls are painted bright white and mostly bare to allow a blank slate for your event decor ideas. Large south facing windows bring in tons of natural light throughout the day. The vintage tin ceiling tiles add warmth and character to the space. The open floor plan allows you to craft the perfect layout for your next gathering and can comfortably hold up to 30 people. The space is freshly painted with 11ft ceilings, new floors and copious electrical outlets throughout for A/V equipment and additional lighting. We're conveniently located on Belmont Ave, walking distance to the Belmont Blue Line CTA Station, the intersection of Pulaski and Belmont and a short drive from 90/94. There's convenient street parking on Belmont and easy keyless entry. To begin, the space was awesome as described here in Peerspace. I needed a last minute change of space and Tara was very helpful with the process in booking through here. She was very quick to respond to all questions for the birthday party needs. The space was perfect for the number of guests and kid friendly as well. The additional tables and chairs were great so we didn't need to bring anything extra. It was a very hot day and the space was very comfortably cooled. Parking was easy, and set up and clean up were smooth. it was nice meeting Tara at the end of the event. I would definitely use this space again and highly recommend it as well.

The space was lovely for the event I hosted. It was very bright, there was a speaker present which we needed and loved, and the wicker chair was great for pictures and comfort! The only con is there is not a full kitchenette. There is no refrigerator nor freezer. Simply a sink and smaller counter space, which was helpful. All in all, we had a great time.

We hosted a friends baby shower here. Tara was super responsive and great to work with. She made the process easy and anticipated our needs before we even recognized them. The space was clean and functional and we were able to add our own touch to make it special for our event. The neutral decore is cute, lighting is on point, and we all had a great time :)

Cute space! Comfortably had 24 people for a baby shower. The host was very responsive. The front exterior looks a bit dodgy and some people had a hard time finding it, but the inside is very cute and functional.
