Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.

About the Space
Your booking fee includes a 13'x15’ (129 sq. ft) studio space. Also comes with a second small room equipped with mini fridge, water cooler, microwave and coffeemaker (4 cup and Keurig). This room also can double as a makeup-changing room. Also included for your use is a projection screen, black backdrop, wardrobe rack, sandbags and WIFI. The photos make the room look larger than it is, so please note the size. We've included some photos of in studio work so you can get an idea of the space and what it's been used for. The location is in a residential area. Accessible restroom is located in the front house. The lights mounted above in photos are not available, but we are slowly adding more equipment onto our "Add-Ons" (See below). All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
