About the Space
This unique photography studio space is located in the heart of Denver's Santa Fe Arts District. With direct access to Santa Fe Drive, the space offers 1300 square feet and 12 foot ceilings, large windows for natural light, access to 910 Art's courtyard and conveniently located to coffee shops and other amenities. The studio offers beautiful natural light and is perfect for photographers or film productions. In addition to the open space with abundant windows for natural light, 12ft ceilings, exposed concrete walls and beautiful hardwood floors, the rental also includes white and gray back drops, hand painted backdrop, light stands, apple boxes, full length mirror, changing room, monitor with HDMI hook-up for digital reveals Though primarily a photography studio, the space features a sprung floor, mirrors and flooring suitable for Yoga, Ballet, Pilates and other movement arts. It can also be the setting for events, workshops and even parties or receptions. It is also available for rentals during the busy First Friday Art Walks and offers high visibility to foot traffic during these events.

Roomy space with plenty of natural light. We used the area for my daughter’s 2nd birthday photos and it was as described. I did pay for the backdrop listed as “White, Black, Blue, Beige Seamless”, but the only backdrops that were available were white, beige, and purple. This was a little disappointing, but since we wanted to use blue, but we made purple and white work for what we needed.
