- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

We've got ya covered! OUR LOFT We have designed our space that not only inspires the creatives that walk through the door but allow you to bring the perfect mood board to life. We've styled a full mid century modern vibe along with tons of pampas, plants, backdrop paper, and props to inspire any creative rut. Did we mention the brown hardwood floors, high ceilings white/brick walls, custom-built wood backdrops (included in your booking), and a wall of high windows? Our East facing windows offer the perfect cozy morning session or an afternoon glow that isn't harsh. Our space is perfect for: Couple Sessions Brand Work Editorial Work Intimate Vow Exchanges Lifestyle Sessions Styled Shoots + More **Located in the heart of Pioneer Square, we wouldn't recommend our space for a music video or podcast. PLEASE READ: - The building has spunk but NO elevator, and we're located on the 4th floor, so please keep that in mind. - Please feel free to move stuff around. Bring your vision to life. Just, please put everything back the way it was staged when you arrived. - There may be a rental right after yours, so please account for the cleanup time into your rental. - No animals in the space unless discussed. We love our furry friends but it’s an old space. Thanks for understanding. - The loft is large enough to accommodate 9 people comfortably. Can't wait to see what you create! ** Covid -19 update. We fully understand that exposure to covid is REAL. We also understand that in some cases it is out of your control. As a small business we not only feel the consequences of this firsthand but understand it can damper your experience as well. The instructions on how to enter the building was simple and easy. When I arrived I was greeted by the host very friendly and hospitable. I had arrived a little early due the fact I’m pregnant and wanted to make sure I had time to rest. He offered to let us go in and set up early which was very nice of him. When we walk into the room the lighting from the windows were inviting, and all the props inside they allowed us to use made the photoshoot so much better. It definitely gave it that professionalism look. I would definitely book here again.

The host was very informative, and very helpful as this was my first time using a rental studio. The studio was breathtaking, and exactly as pictured! Could not have asked for a better studio space, cannot wait to do another photoshoot here!!!

I booked Daniel's studio for pregnancy photoshoot for two hours. We really liked details of the set up. It's a great space located in pioneer square. The sunlight was perfect in the morning. Daniel is super kind and responsive. He sent us information to get in and instructions to set up the wallpapers. However, we didn't utilize the add-on because we ran out of time to set that up. Overall, great experience! Would highly recommend it!

This space is a boho dream! So many wonderful areas of the studio to create and play. I had my maternity shoot here because I wanted shots in a beautiful contemporary and light filled living room. That's exactly what we got and more with the variety of backgrounds and props available. Dan and Ish were amazing hosts! Super responsive and helpful in regards to anything we had questions about or needed. I also loved the location of this studio. I hope to book again with them in the future!

Great space in a classic brick Pioneer Square building. Easy access though there are four flights of stairs unless you take the freight elevator but the host does a great job of gong you directions day off. The space has great light during the day so you can get away with just natural light.
