After every booking a team of cleaners will come and take care of our home for us and also for the next event.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

The price listed is for photography and up to 15 crew members. Please contact host for other projects pricing. The space is great for photoshoots and film/ tv productions. Plenty of outdoor photoshoots including a secluded hill outside of gates (but part of the property). We have a winter creek on the property. Ample parking. Detached garage and office space that can function as a green room or makeup and hair room. Very lit. On the property also beautiful trees, hills, bamboos and more. PARKING Four parking spots included (one production truck) plus street parking. Any additional parking on property will be at an additional fee.

Parking description

Can fit up to about 20 cars- depends on rental requests. Current price is up to 5 cars. Extra charge for more. There is a dedicated car parking plus some extra ones on the property.

Equipment loading description

From the entrance to the property and all around it is flat. There is room for about four production trucks, four vans and more. This will also increase pricing. According to size. Flexible for larger productions but price will increase significally.

Staging area is available

There is an office room that used to be a hairdressing business. It is well lit and can host about 3-4 stations.

Some rooms are off-limits for shooting

Bedrooms and restrooms. Also depends on extra charge and kind of production. Flexible.

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

Electrical system description

There are plenty of regular outlets across the property. Regular home outlets and one laundry outlet Circuit breaker is outside the kitchen windows.

General Rules

No smoking in the building No loud music, etc- have to be respectful towards the neighbors as this is a quiet street.

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Furniture and decorations can be moved- upon approval and change in price. Production guarantees pay for damages.
