About the Space
Our industrial space serves as a multifunctional facility for your creative needs. Our units has been the backdrop for many photo shoots, video shoots and dance classes and workshops. Many families have created memories with birthday parties, baby showers, gender reveals and even small intimate weddings. Come enjoy our 3 functioning rooms and a lobby area. We can’t wait for our facility to house your next event. Some lighting provided* Table and chair quantity limited two (6 foot tables) and 10 chairs for small gathering / additional tables and chairs are available upon request additional cost may apply

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

He was a great Host. I would use the location again for any future events and I would recommend this venue to anyone. He reply’s very quick and he doesn’t work against you, he works with you. The lighting in the studio has unlimited amount of settings. He does NOT disappoint.

The location has multiple rooms. I was drawn by the space featured in the photo but once booked, I was assigned to the smaller/different room. Other than that, the space is great!
