Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Cleaning includes disinfection and sterilization with steaming.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Hand Sanitizer

This breathtaking ground level 3/2 property boast beautiful outdoor scenery. Seeing is believing. Located off a quiet nice street, near Aventura, shops and the beaches! This is the perfect "Home Away from Home". Newly remodeled home, new appliances, new t.v, pots and pans to cook from, plates and utensils. Hot water available for nice long showers. Conveniently located within walking distance of public transportation, grocery store and the shopping centers is literally across the street. You can use your own vehicle, four parking is available for your vehicle. Additional Parking is available across the property in the guest parking lot (Free of Cost). Uber is available and accessible. Property is easily accessible for your convenience.

General Rules
Welcome to Modern & Prestige Golfwood, house rules are important because they provide pleasant host and guest relationships. Guest should follow house rules not only for their own protection but also for enjoyment during their stay. Failure to adhere to the House Rules may results in deduction from the security deposit or other penalties.
Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood. Maximum 4 Vehicles on the premises. Only park directly in front of the property. Additional free parking is available across the property.
Throughout the property there are several areas such as closets/cabinet that are Off-limit areas these areas are labeled and / or locked. Please do not attempt to force entry and tamper with the locks.
No smoking at the property, neither inside or outside. Smoking is banned at this property.
No eating or drinking in bedrooms and on the sofa. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room.
Laundry is available to guest. Please note that you may only use your own detergents and softener. For direction for usage, please see step by step guide on the machines. Avoid forgetting clothing items behind after checkout, as they will be discarded. Avoid damaging the machines with sand from the beach. Clean lint area in the dryer to avoid clogging.
Guest are allowed to use the Barbeque Grill as long as they follow the directions. Step by step instructions will be at the grill. Please note that the Treger Z Pro uses only wood pellets. This is not provided.
Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin. Recycling bin are also provided located inside the base cabinet.
Keep a close eye on children at all times, either inside or outside the property.
No pets allowed overnight stay.
Security is very important while your a guest. Guests belongings will be kept safe and secure if they remember to close and lock and set alarm appropriately. Security camera and footage at the property is being recorded 24/7.
Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door and set the alarm based on your activity.
Wash the dishes, and throw out the garbage before checkout.

Failure to adhere to these house rule will have consequences. These can include penalties eviction and etc.
