- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space
Our sunny, muraled playroom is ideal for: private playdates, children's birthday celebrations, baby showers, and gender reveals. We are also a great space to host child centric classes and seminars! Our 1,500 sq ft space is located on the border of the Bucktown and Logan Square neighborhoods in Chicago. We can comfortably accommodate 50 celebrants for parties and 10 guests for classes and private playdate events. Private Playdates Include: - Complimentary coffee - Onsite staffing - Clean up - Private playdates are available Monday - Thursday from 9 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. - No decoration or food service is permitted - 10 person maximum capacity - $75 per hour, with a two hour minimum Birthday Parties Feature: - Full staff assistance - Toys, slides, and climbers ideal for children ages 0-5. - Kitchenette - Kid's tables and chairs - Couches - Large floor-to-ceiling windows - Unique muraled walls - 50 person maximum capacity - You can bring in outside food, beverages, and decor - $180 per hour, with 2 hour minimum - Birthday Parties are available Monday - Friday, Saturday, and Sunday\ - A refundable damage deposit is required for Birthday Events. $175 via zelle, venmo, or in cash is required prior to utilizing the venue and is refundable the next business day via zelle or paper check less damages and time overages, if any. For an additional fee, we have optional features available to you: - Food and drink packages -Coffee/tea service - Fondant cakes and sweet tables - Bubble Machine Service - Glitter Tattoo Station - Dessert Bars (hot chocolate, ice cream dipped apple, chocolate fountain) - Costumed Characters - Balloon Twisting ...and more! A dedicated assistant will be on-site to help with set-up, take care of clean-up, and manage everything in between. Our space is ADA compliant and can accommodate a wheelchair both through the entryway and in the bathroom. Free street and lot parking is available. We are across the street from Art of Chicken and Eskell Boutique. Margie's Ice Cream is also a neighbor.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
