107 Year Old Craftsman's Apartment with Modern Day Style

The Space would be ideal for photoshoots or small private events. For a 1 bedroom apartment, it's very big: 900 sq ft. but only 700 sq ft for use. The front areas (Living and Dining Room are very spacious) with great lighting. But open to other types of activities, with approval. The Living Room is a very airy, southwest feel to it, and as you make your way back to through the apartment, it has a contemporary mod feel. I try and keep the apartment neutral but their are certain reoccurring accident colors, such as blue and green. Then reoccurring materials such as natural wood and brass. Because the space is 107 years old, it was built a lot differently than how homes/apartments are built today. The apartment comes with built ins and wooden floors. Something you don't see a lot in modern apartments. Windows every where so it's almost impossible not to have good lighting. Ideal lighting in the front of house is easier in the day and ideal lighting in the back of house is later in the day. High ceilings and that overall charm you find in older spaces. In addition, I have a balcony in the front and I am located in the flight path, so there are some amazing shot opportunities of airplanes coming in over us. It's pretty magical.
