WE'RE OPEN! You can book our space as early as November 1st! Our loft is designed for those looking for a unique and versatile space that also inspires your creativity. We have an open floor plan (dining, kitchen, living room + office ). It is perfect for photoshoots, video production, screenings, meetings, events, workshops, production office, EP/spotting sessions, and more! Located just a few steps from LA Live and the Staples Center, this loft is next to some of the best restaurants and cafés LA offers! Not to mention all the luxurious hotels and world-class retail stores. Easy access to public transportation for the cherry on top. We do allow 10-12 hours days. Our hours for 12 hours are 8 am - 8 pm. Days for 10 hours must start no later than 10 am. You’re free to use all your booking time as needed! :) All rental space listings come furnished. We do have two lovely cats that are sometimes on the premises but kept in a separate room, please let us know if any issues with cats :) Please message for any other details. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

Kristina is one of the best hosts I worked with on Peerspace. The place itslef is amazing, roomy, full of light. We had a group of 8 people and it worked amazing for this size of a group. Loved the MCM ambiance. Would totally book again.
