It is perfect for photoshoots, video production, screenings, meetings, events, workshops, production office, EP/spotting sessions, and more! Located just a few steps away from LA Live and the Staples Center this loft is next to some of the best restaurants and cafés LA has to offer! Not to mention all the luxurious hotels and world-class retail stores. Easy access to public transportation for the cherry on top. *PLEASE NOTE - We sometimes have two well-behaved company mascots cats who could also be on the premises. If needed, we can keep them in a separate room during occupied hours. *Additional charge & requirement to clear out entire main room. We do allow 10-12 hours days. Our hours for 12 hours are 8 am - 8 pm. Days for 10 hours must start no later than 10 am. SCOUTING-- We are happy to accommodate initial location scouts provided the rate and hourly minimum are met for the reservation date. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
