About the Space
This riverside venue is great for meetings, luncheons, dinners, weddings, social celebrations, and outdoor dining. Large space with a vaulted ceiling. Perfect for social distancing. Great for meetings and breakout spaces. Two large projection screens, AV, cordless mics and house playlist music. Expansive views of the Columbia river provides the perfect backdrop for any event.

Equipment loading description
Equipment can be loaded in through the double doors in the front of the building or through the back entrance which does require accessing a set of stairs. Loading trucks do need to be moved for emergency access.

General Rules
No open flames allowed on-site. No use of tape, staples or nails on the walls or ceilings. Existing decore cannot be moved. The cleaning fee is included in the rental fee. We do not allow outside catering. Beer, wine & alcohol must be purchased through Portland Yacht Club. Use of club rental equipment must be arranged for in advance. Rentals must be removed from the club by 10am the following morning. No tape or decorations on the windows. The moorage is off-limits for guests not accompanied by a member. Any damage or theft of the clubhouse will be charged to the renter.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The dining staff disinfects all surfaces after each use. Permanent hand sanitizer receptacles have been installed throughout the building. Everyone must wear a mask upon entering the building. We clean the air filtration systems on a weekly basis and do have the doors open when the weather is suitable.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
