Spacious and Bright Modern Studio and Workspace

The 304 Collective is a shared workspace, meeting space, and photo/video studio. THE STUDIO Our shared studio area is a wide, open (14 ft ceilings) space that is modular and customizable. It's full of natural light and styled with an impressive collection of plants and furniture. Half of the space is arranged as a lounge/seating area; ready to go for your next meeting or gathering. The other half is a blank slate: ready to set up and style with any of our furniture or anything you bring along. We also work with several local rental and design companies that can assist you in achieving any look you need. Whether it's meeting with a client, hosting a workshop, or staging a photo/video shoot, this space WORKSPACES In addition to the shared studio space, we offer individual nooks within the space for workplaces or designated studios. THE POD The pod is our small, sound insulated podcast/webcast space. AMENITIES Kitchenette with basic hospitality items (fridge, microwave, electric kettle, Kuerig coffeemaker, etc) is included with any rental. We have 2 full studio light kits available for rent, as well as 2 flash softbox sets. Seamless paper backdrop is available (we can get any color you like, with advance notice). We also have a collection of studio flats in white or gray, mid-century designs, light floral, dark floral, and dark wood, and a custom colorful abstract canvas. Available furniture includes: 2 couches (blue velvet, modern black leather), adjustable natural wood trestle table with 3 stools, desk height trestle table, dark gray farmhouse table. Chairs include: 10 black leather chairs, 2 teal upholstered, 3 cane back with navy velvet seat, and a variety of low and high stools. OUR HISTORY Our building is a history 2 story red brick structure. Originally built as a general store and and boardinghouse in 1902, it has spent most of its life as a retail establishment. In 2019, we purchased the building and updated the retail space, adding an ADA compliant restroom on the main level, a small kitchenette, updated electrical and internet connections, and modernized the look for the space to create a versatile and functional space designed for work and creativity.
