About the Space
High ceiling two story corner lot house on Pacific Coast Highway with meticulous design and finishes. Front is facing the PCH and unobstructed ocean view. The back is facing the Rambla Vis hillside green mountains. Two bedroom downstairs and two bedroom (including the master) upstairs. The house has ocean view from everywhere except the back bedrooms. Kitchen is open format with Miele appliances. Also Has a wine cooler and a glass door wine/cigar storage, a big bar room with floor to ceiling marble stone. An 85" tv. Master bedroom has a 16' sliding glass door with a large size balcony and a tastefully designed ocean view bathroom and double rain shower heads. Each of the four bedroom has a full bathroom of its own (three en-suite), plus a powder room for guests downstairs. Behind kitchen there is a decked out pool area and a jacuzzi surrounded by green plants and two tall swing chairs hanging in front of a wall art. The place is a great fit for photography, product and fashion shoots.

loved this place! was a little uncomfortable that the people cleaning the house were in the house and were watching us shoot at certain points but the place was beautiful.

I had a wonderful time at Marvelous Modern Malibu. The house is amazing and the view is extraordinary. Just what I needed for my Birthday dinner, very spaces. Plenty of parking for my guest, and Joubin was a great host. He dedicated his time on the phone trying to walk me through setting up the sound system in the home. The only complaint I have is the pool and spa was not heated.

This home was absolutely perfect for our footwear lifestyle photo shoot! The view is unbelievable, there are a million amazing spots to shoot throughout the property and the host was extremely helpful! We would love to use this home again!
