Parking description

We have onsite parking for just one vehicle which can stay at our loading dock. (camera/grip/etc). There’s plenty of Free street parking with access to loading dock for gear transport as well.

Space does not have natural light

Lighting description

We have an extensive Lifx system consisting of various lightbulbs and light strips which have millions of colors to choose from. No windows or natural light In this sound proof professional studio build.

Space is soundproof

Ambient noise description

There is no outside noise heard once inside the room. Our walls are 6 inches thick Ants are full of insulation standard in the recording studio industry. We also installed rubber points all around, hidden within the walls in order to reduce bass rumble.

Equipment loading description

We have our own loading dock in the rear of the building, which is conveniently located 20 feet from our unit.

Staging area is available

We have the use of the recording booth with black out curtains for privacy, as well as a 2nd larger 400 sq ft space available at an additional cost.

All rooms are available for shooting

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

Electrical system description

Our circuit breaker is conveniently located about 10 feet down the hall from our space. The studio is equipped with plenty of power. It was designed to run high powered gear. We have a minimum of 10 outlets.

General Rules

We will completely disinfect and clean the space before your arrival. It is up to clients to remove their own garbage before leaving the premises. We will disinfect afterwards. Garbage bags will be made available.

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Depending on the request, many of our items can be moved into a very large hallway just a few feet from our studio.

Smoke machines are allowed

Nudity is allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Our staff cleans before and after every booking session. This includes disinfecting of common items such as chairs and couches, desks etc.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

The space has the following features:
