About the Space

Located walking distance from Rockville Metro station, our studio was hand built to serve as a multi-purpose space. Not only aesthetically pleasing, our studio was designed with blackout curtains, stabilizations for artificial lighting, and the ability to use natural lighting. With a private and exclusive atmosphere, our studio is the perfect production location for photo shoots, filmed interviews, podcasts, youtube content, commercial shoots, and more. Featuring a beautiful backdrops, seating, high ceilings, pillars & polished concrete floors, this professional urban space can be styled for a wide range of production activities.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:

Incredible experience! Very motivating team and studio had EVERYTHING I needed and then some! Will be my goto studio when I’m in the MD area!

No, I would not book again.

The host, Emmanuel was friendly and helpful, studio was smaller than what I expected but we were able to work around it and get some good shots using the white backdrop. In terms of the cleanliness it needs some work. Bathroom was dirty, dressing room was not dusted or cleaned. There is a 25$ cleaning fee when you book this place, not sure why. We had to clean and wipe down the dressing room and the bathroom before the shoot so our model could comfortably use it. We also cleaned up after we left. Again you can’t beat the price but the location needs some work and cleaning. Great for a low budget shoot.
