- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.

About the Space
Proudly Black-Owned. Welcome to Upscale Lofts. A photography studio offering hourly rentals in the heart of Chicago. Our space is 2,400 square ft. with a lounge area and beautiful decor. The loft is a great venue for gatherings, photoshoots and video productions. There is plenty of free parking, an elevator, open space for social distancing, lots of windows with a breathtaking view of the Chicago Skyline, and a chandelier. We also have a full bar and coffee machine, so day or night your next shoot will be your best shoot at Upscale Lofts! Whats Included in the Space: - 3 Flashpoint Lights and a Beauty Dish - 15ft High Ceilings with Tons of Natural Light - Surround sound speakers w/ Bluetooth Connection - Private Changing room for talent and clothing rack - Bar, microwave and fridge - Brand new Cyclorama wall - 80 inch TV for Music and Video - Ice cold A.C for the summer months Tons of colorful backdrops included! We are hands on and love to help, Our staff members are trained professionals and will be available the entire duration of your shoot if you have any questions or need any help. My photographer and I were greeted and shown to the space, which is just like its listed. No surprises, and exactly what we both expected. Photo equipment was available to use, and my photographer was given a quick and easy rundown of everything! It did get pretty warm in there, which I could have avoided had I turned on the AC when I arrived. If you book the space, just make sure to turn on the AC so you can go and cool yourself down. There are also fans available, which was great too. honestly 10/10 would absolutely shoot here again. The variety of sets and the ability to do both artificial and natural light setups really made it!
