All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Intimate events, small gatherings, photo and film shoots are welcome in our 1916 Craftsman house located on a coveted walk street in Venice. The original house was lovingly preserved, updated, and converted in 2019 for use as a contemporary art gallery. We offer an open interior with two classic gallery spaces and a traditional double width front room with original built-in cabinets and dark, rich woodwork. Original wood floors run throughout the building. Both bathrooms and the full kitchen were completely updated with new HVAC capable of keeping large gatherings (pre-covid) comfortable in any season. Outside there is a classic covered front porch, and a large wooden deck running along the side of the house, overlooking a verdant lawn with landscaping designed by Pam Bottaro of Red Lemon Landscaping. Native, drought tolerant plants border the contoured lawn with a fountain, picnic table, curving stone paths and cafe lights at night. Located on a hidden walk street in Venice, we are an oasis of calm just steps from Lincoln Blvd.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
