Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
The Staff at L1N3 Studios take the Covid-19 compliance procedures very seriously are Certified Covid-19 compliance officers.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
- Capacity is limited based on state and local guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has additional space outdoors
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

About the Space
Our Facility is a Certified Multi Purpose Media Hub that is outfitted with: 2-Large Soundstages 1- 30'x 35' x 15'.5" h White Cyc 1- 18'w x 15'.5"h Green Screen 1- 47'w x 15'.5"h Green Screen 1- Large Conference / Screening Room Multiple production offices available for rental We have a Video Game Room Vehicle access to Stages We have High End Picture Cars available to rent for onsite shoots *Our Facility is Covid-19 Compliant and can Accomodate Pop up Events, Photo Shoots, Music Videos, Demos, Screenings and Meetings.

We have 25 dedicated spaces in lot but vehicles can stacked to comfortably fit 30 vehicles.

Natural light can only be used when Stage doors are open. There are no windows on our stages

Equipment loading description
Both Stage A & B have separate loading Docks.
Stage A requires a Ramp or Truck with Lift Gate.
Stage B is on Ground level.
Trucks can remain parked at Loading docks
Staging area is available
We have Multiple rooms that could be used as Glam, Hair, Makeup or Green Room.
All rooms are available for shooting
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
Electrical system description
Stage A has a 900 amp Cam Lock system.
Stage B Has a 300 amp Cam Lock system.
Each stage has at least 10 wall outlets
the Breakers are indoors on each stage
Circuit breaker can be accessed
General Rules
We're a fairly lenient Facility and most rules can be Amended and Allowances can be made per situation.
No Smoking Allowed In Building
Outside Catering is allowed
No Drugs allowed on premisses
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is required
7. Insurance
Coverage: Client must maintain proper insurance coverage to include
a. General Liability. Commercial general liability insurance written on an occurrence basis for bodily
injury and property damage with the coverage limits of not less than One Million Dollars $1,000,000 combined single limit per occurrence in the aggregate, insuring against any and all liability of Client for risks typically covering the Premises or arising out of the maintenance, use or occupancy thereof.
b. Worker’s Compensation: The amount and type of Worker’s Compensation insurance required by the State of California for the Client employees. Client shall waive any or all claims of their respective rights of subrogation against L1N3 LLC.
c. Client Improvements and Personal Property: Insurance covering Clients fixtures, personal property, office equipment, production gear and alike on the premises in an amount to their full replacement cost and will include coverage for sprinkler, water damage & Theft
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Existing Furniture can be moved throughout the Facility.
We have very little will decor that can be moved if needed.

Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
