About the Space
Welcome to Noise 13. The layout is open space including 14 desks, and a lounge with a couch, chairs and coffee table. There is one semi-private conference room with TV monitor and whiteboards. We have moveable pin boards that can act as a room divider or be used for presentations. The kitchenette has a fridge, sink, toaster oven and microwave with counter height tables and stools. If used, the area must be cleaned and all food removed after. With advanced notice, some desks can be removed from the room. Close to Whole Foods and Starbucks. This Space can be used for photo shoots, video shoots, or events. We also have space across the hall as a separate listing. - brick walls - wood beams - operable windows - second space across the hall can be rented together as a set up space

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Dava was a great host and very responsive! The space is wonderful. Plus the bonus of being able to park in the parking lot is fabulous. Load in was a breeze - they have a real freight elevator which made our lives so much easier. We were recording sound and only had to pause for a siren one time.

Dava is amazing! She was so helpful with all of my questions especially because I was producing this project remotely. My talent and crew could not stop raving about how beautiful this space was! It was perfect for our interview project and we would definitely shoot here again!

The space was great, very open with a lot of options/angles. Dava was a great host, being very helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process. Would recommend to any video/photo teams for an office location!

We used this space for filming and interview. Dava was really helpful and communicative, made the process smooth! We were happy with the space, did not disappoint in real life. Would recommend!
