About the Space
This spacious, luxurious and sunny loft is perfect for photo/video shoots. Many cinematic details and designer furniture everywhere. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide a massive influx of natural light. Futuristic lamps provide great backgrounds. Lush green plants gives the loft a healthy and natural vibe. Feel free to shoot everywhere, even in our large bathroom. Plenty of electric outlets, central heating and A/C. The building has a large elevator. Feel free to use it as you please!

- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

Jake was a great host and his space is lovely! He was very responsive and communicative as a host pre booking, during our shoot and afterward as well. Access to the location was easy and elevator was very useful to have. The space is just like advertised, if not even more beautiful in person. We had an all-day photo shoot at the space with a crew+cast of 10 people in total. We were able to set up and stage a small amount of gear and use the living room, kitchen and bathroom as backgrounds.
