Perfect for an event or photo/video shoot of any size - from a photoshoot, to a small gathering, to a full on wedding reception. Client's can pay by the hour or pay for full day access. The Space comes fully furnished and gives you that industrial feel with its exposed brick walls and hardwood floors. Complete with a stage and bar - use The Space for a video shoot or a songwriter night. Option to add on sound system and lighting packages. Pay by the hour or rent for the entire day.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Would definitely utilize this space again. The venue was perfect for our group and the host was outstanding. We had a number of changes between booking and the actual event taking place and the host was gracious with all of my requests. Even my very, very last minute challenge with having to move the event to a day later. The venue feels like your own living room and is inviting and comfortable with plenty of seating. The bartender and security team were also easy to work with and helpful with last minute requests.

Top notch communication and great experience overall. The space itself was clean, offered a lot of set decor for our purposes (talking head). Highly recommended.

Very good location! There was some construction noise in the background during our interview. Other than that it was a good location and gives depth of feel when filming interviews.

This space was perfect for my video shoot - it's a beautiful industrial space that has plenty of shooting options. Janee was very accommodating and quick to respond. Will definitely book again the next time I'm in the Germantown area!
