Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

This space is perfect for working professionals, videographers, and photographers. The Lightroom lives up to its name and boasts tons of natural light due to its large bay windows. It easily transforms into any imaginative or productive setting. Come to shoot beautiful photos or get some work done in peace and quiet. Amenities include: • Refrigerator • Worktable • Closet w/hanger • Full bathroom w/bathtub • Cleaning service • Maximum 5 people per booking Our studio is solar powered. It is close to Pasta Sisters, Cafe Dabang, and Bento Man in Mid-City/Koreatown. You’ll love it because of the windows, light, and quiet neighborhood. It is good for solo adventurers, business travelers, and couples. Seven windows and murphy bed will make you feel like home. The space Our 300 sq ft. has a very comfortable queen size mattress in Murphy bed that can be put away to the wall. Your own bathroom and kitchen, stove with oven, refrigerator, and microwave are all included. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet and the hummingbirds sing around 7am and 7pm. Guest access Street parking preferred. 4th Ave has a lot of space. Otherwise, please park past the driveway; behind house. There is EV level 2 charger. You are more than welcome to charge your car! We please ask to take off shoes to be aware of neighbors downstairs.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
