  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

This space can be great for filming anything that requires abandoned feeling, a hide away, a secret place, or a camping site with a view. We also have a beautiful backyard and house (EXT. only for now) that looks shows peaceful Malibu lifestyle. There are many different areas to shoot: *Abandoned lap pool with vines growing into it *Partially destroyed Railway stairs surrounded by beautiful trees/plant life *Huge area where you could shoot a camping scene or ride dirtbikes *A small 12x12 Pool house next the lap pool *A long windy pathway that leads down to the lap pool *A concrete area that shows fire damage and has left over rubble and burnt railroad ties (wooden stairs) *EXT. A beautiful backside of house with green grass and mountain view *An old dirt driveway that looks in bad shape that leads to the windy path downward *An ominous bunker door that leads you down a couple stairs

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
