About the Space
Located in Arlington, VA, right outside of Washington, D.C. our studio features state-of-the-art recording equipment, cameras, lights, soundproofing, and professional studio space. A curved interview desk and chairs are available as well as set-up for up to 3 cameras. **PLEASE NOTE** We are a department within a full-time organization. Studio space is rented out on the side while not in use. Our company's needs and mission come first, so please book at least 48 hours in advance. **PLEASE NOTE** Please include set-up and break-down time in your booking. It is not automatically included. **PLEASE NOTE** Special Access is required for entry into the building, so staff will include details of entry before your booking. There are two TVs built into the main wall. You are more than welcome to use those and connect to our Apple TVs upon request. The blue background logo is attached by Velcro and can easily be taken off. Behind it reveals a lighted white background. Green screens can also be used in the space. The above studio light brightness is adjustable as well. - Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Wow, what a fantastic experience! I feel really fortunate to have found it, and plan to use them again for sure. I am a professional keynote speaker and need to update my demo reel, or sizzle reel. So I was looking for a well-lit green screen studio, and this was perfect. The facilities are the production studios of a non-profit in Arlington, VA. They rent them out via Peerspace when they aren't using them. It was super easy to find parking on the street nearby and Cody met me in the lobby. They have a news studio, the black-out studio I used as well as a livestream/podcast studio. I brought my own Panasonic Lumix as a second camera, my own Rode wireless mic and used one of their Sony cameras as my primary. To be honest, for the money, I really thought Cody would just show me the studio and then walk right out to be on my own. He didn't. Instead he set up both cameras, made sure the lighting was optimal, helped me define the edges of the green screen for my movements, and got me set up literally to the point I was ready to record. They also offer some editing services using interns and early career professionals, and I am going to use that service as well. The experience was outstanding regardless, but taking into consideration the hourly rate with no minimum, it's a bargain!
