About the Space

This Townhouse is great for small gatherings and perfect for something intimate like a Sunday Brunch. The unit has an open floor plan where your guests can be separate but together. You will have access to the Full Kitchen, Living Room, Dining area, Deck Covered Patio, and a Loft. Seating can accommodate18 to 24 people. Guest may enter the property through the patio or main door entrance allowing you guests room to move around easily. You and your guests will have more than 1000 sqft to enjoy during your visit.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yes, I would book again.

I hosted a sit-down dinner party for 17 people. The space was a perfect fit especially with its spacious patio. The chef had plenty of space to prep & cook. Ample street park for my guest. Eugenia was an awesome host. She responded quickly to all of my questions and was very accommodating when I need to extend my rental time. I would definitely book her space again

Absolute Perfection!!! This space was exactly what we needed and true to the photos shown. Our Host was gracious enough to allow time for our set up beforehand and clean up afterwards!! Easily accessible, picturesque patio area outside, and comfy entertaining space inside! My Daughter’s Graduation Party was a fun filled time with family and friends!! Thank you again to our Host and Peerspace for making come to life!

Yes, I would book again.

Eugenia’s space was beautifully decorated and looked as described in pictures and text. She was very responsive throughout the booking process. We used the space for a movie night for about 10 people, which was great! We would definitely book with Eugenia again!
