- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.

My first photoshoot for my brand was yesterday. Upon entering the studio, I knew I made the right choice choosing this location. Michael was extremely helpful and knowledgeable offering both me and my photographer various suggestions to help make the shoot a successful one. The studio looks exactly like the photos listed here on the site. The studio was very clean and my models enjoyed the comfortable and luxurious dressing room. I will book again!!! The parking was great, the studio is clean. The location is located upstairs, so you will take an elevator. The location does not have the all white room anymore. The manager is there with you in the studio. They offer other things if you need it.

We had a great experience in this studio. Michael was there and helped with backdrops and got us set up with music for our shoot. The location was easy to find and offered plenty of parking. We also booked a hairstylist and makeup artist. They did a great job and the photoshoot turned out great! The photos show the space exactly as it is. We had plenty of room for the shoot and even a TV to keep our 3yr old entertained between shots. Would definitely book again.
