Situated on a private and peaceful Lake Travis slough, purchased as a one bedroom one bath, this newly renovated 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bathroom modern farmhouse style home is a chic and rustic example of imagination and creativity. With brand new stainless steal kitchen appliances, mason jar light fixtures and a giant marble countertop kitchen island, this property proves a house can be both homey and modern. Folding patio doors that lead to a large screened in porch overlooking the 1 1/2 acre property provides natural light & natural movement throughout the home. The cool toned walls paired with high wood beam ceilings allows this space to be customized to fit any type of theme or event your gathering demands. The lot itself provides ample room for creativity and design. Plenty of room outdoors guarantees more than enough space for your production team, caterer or music equipment to be set up in the exact way you prefer. Plenty of parking space on the property allows for easy loading and unloading or parking for guests, crew & co-workers. Everything inside the home (furniture, kitchenware for small gatherings and meetings) is yours to use or move to accommodate your event. Everything must be returned to its original placement upon departure. I do not provide any additional tables or chairs besides the ones inside the home. (kitchen table with four chairs, two bar stools) You will need to provide your own if your event requires more. There is high speed wifi, a speaker, xbox and large flat screen in the living room. These are available for your use. Any other electronic equipment needed will need to be provided by you. You will be required to bring and set up any additional items. I do not provide any additional items other than what is already inside the home. Per request walk through appointments can be made to assess if the property will accommodate your event. During this appointment you will be able to temporarily move any furniture, take measurements or make any other requests you may need to determine if the space will fit your needs. 5 people are allowed during the walk through appointment. If more is required I will need notice in advance. Rates generally are flexible & vary by size of gathering, and type. To accurately price your event, I will need -The number of people attending your event -The type of gathering (party, work event, work meeting, production) -The amount of space you will be using (indoor, outdoor or both) -How much electrical equipment you will be bringing -How much set up/clean up time your event requires -Will there be any live music/band or DJ Generally, every 10 additional attendees on the property after the initial number of guests has been made, the price will increase by $50.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
