About the Space
This incredible backyard is the perfect social gathering space in Upper Northwest Washington D.C... This space provides exclusivity and, most of all, a terrific outdoor space to entertain all guests. This space can hold up to 20 guests and has a 55-inch mounted swivel television TV, hot tub, kitchenette, and grill. Outdoor Seating has twelve seats. Coolers and bar wagon are available for no additional cost. Inside Seating has eight seats. A pub table is also available. 55 Inch-mounted swivel television ( Apple TV, Netflix, Hulu, Sling) Must have own Apple ID to utilize own Apple account Sound Bar Laptop Hookup Capabilities to 55-inch Television A/C & Heat The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, microwave, microwave oven, and sink. There is a full bathroom on-site as well. There is limited wifi in the outdoor space. However, there is WIFI already connected inside of the indoor space. - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

I had never heard of Peerspace, but it was a life saver. It was a last minute booking, but so easy to work with the host. The event I held at DaJuan's was integral to my husband's surprise birthday (silent disco.) Everyone commented on the whole vibe of the backyard and the hot tub, too. DaJuan was very patient with all of my questions and was very accommodating with my requests. He was available throughout for anything I needed and very prompt communication. I brought my own DJ which worked out great in the space! I'd definitely have another event here, and my friends also noted this as a potential venue for their birthdays.

Great choice for a venue. We did a murder mystery dinner party for nieces birthday party. Perfect location for small group to mingle. The host was very accommodating and responsive. Everything looks as advertised. The coolers on site were great addition so we didn’t have to bring any.

Sylvia was extremely helpful in welcoming us and the space looks exactly like the pictures! It was very spacious and the inside part of the room is very welcoming with a TV, speaker, and lights for the ambiance. I would definitely book again!

This space was beautiful and perfect for our photo and video shoot. DaJuan was very helpful and quick to respond to questions, and send videos of the space. They were very accommodating hosts, and made our day very easy. We will definitely consider booking again in the future!

It was such a cute space! I held a brunch for myself and some friends. It looked just like the pictures. Even with it being a cold day out, we were able to use the indoor portion to warm up. I would definitely recommend using this place especially was the weather gets even nicer outside.
