About the Space
Steps away from the heart of Venice, bustling with the eclectic mix of trendy 20-somethings and OG Venice creatives. Beach access is just across the street. There are four different spaces within the apartment 1. Large well lit bedroom - One large window and a very accessible bathroom 2- Open plan dining & living space. Kitchen table has four chairs, and a small couch in the living room that can comfortably seat 3. Space filled with colorful art and plants. 3- Modern kitchen - dark wood with full stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. 4- Sunroom with windows on all three walls. Lots of plants, as well as a couch & a desk

Loved the place! It's absolutely gorgeous with detailed decorations and layout. The sunroom is my favorite, and Emma does a good job of keeping the plants healthy! Emma is very communicative, helpful and reachable throughout the entire production. Very glad to have her as location owner who's super supportive!
