Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer

Yes, I would book again.

The host double-booked the space, and told me 10:30 pm the night before, I'd booked at 12 pm the previous day. He went to a lot of effort to find as alternate space nearby so we could do makeup- but it left me in a super awkward position with a client in tow. He claims Peerspace's system caused the overlap but they say it was on him. I liked the space but would only book again with more notice, they also don't have wifi.

No, I would not book again.

The room we reserved was nice, clean , and neat and looked exactly how it’s advertised. The only downside is , I was booked for only an hour and constantly had people coming into our photo shoot room interrupting and preparing for their shoot next . It was very frustrating and inconvenient. I was told that it was a mistaken double book, & they did move rooms , but they continued to come into the room and move things around as if we weren’t there and still using the backdrops . I asked to the please leave us be and to stop moving things around until it’s their turn for the room . It was very inconvenient and not much privacy .

I had a great experience with this particular space. It was convenient, I was able to utilize the props available. I would definitely use this place again.
