Location was as pictured and easy to book however not sure what the cleaning fee is for. There is a cleaning fee of $10 but the loft was not clean of whoever left crafty before us.

The space was great, so much versatility and great natural lighting. They had extra available lighting included in the rental space. They had two fans and a mini split in the space. We rented it for about 4 hours between 12-4ish and although the space was amazing the California heat was no match with the mini split and the fans.
