About the Space
Our 11,000 sq. ft. venue is situated on the Columbia River in NE Portland and boasts a modern and spacious venue perfect for your future event. We are located minutes from I-5, the airport and 10 minutes from Downtown Portland. We have delicious full-service catering, 2 bars, a ballroom with vaulted ceiling - 2600 sq ft, dining room, terrace patio overlooking the river & marina, and a ceremony lawn. We can host events up to 370 guests. Spaces can be rented individually. We can host corporate events, weddings, showers, galas, private dining and a myriad of events.

There are approximately 130 parking spaces in a secure gated lot.
General Rules
No smoking on-site. In-house catering only. No outside alcohol allowed. The moorage is strictly off-limits.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The staff is very conscientious and have been trained to thoroughly clean shared spaces.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
