About the Space
This is a try level loft has undoubtedly some of the best views of Los Angeles from the third floor. The main living room is open with large glass garage door that opens to a beautiful private patio. There is free street parking and easy one level "load in" through the front door or under ground garage. There is 1 bedrooms two loft areas and 2 bathrooms, full stage and furnished with top decor. bathrooms are located on the ground floor and thrid floor. Open floor plan indoor kitchen as well as outdoor Patio. Appliances include washer dryer and dishwasher. The floors on the ground floor are polished cement, the rest of dark walnut wood flooring. The house is ideal for celebrity shoots, commercial shoots, photo shoots, interviews, music videos, and film productions.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
