- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

About the Space
Open space for your event to design as you please. Ideal for photoshoots, art show, dance and rehearsal space, small events for up to 70 people. Please note that this location doesn't provide chairs or tables and because the is a building historic landmark unfortunately we are not handicapped accessible.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. I contacted Willia ONE week before my wedding because my other venue fell through due to covid regulations. It was very stressful, to say the least. From the day I contacted Willia, she was extremely helpful and accommodating. She was opened to us using the entire space of the venue. Throughout the whole process, Willia was flexible and easy to talk to. Her event space is lovely and I would recommend it a thousand times!
