  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

About the Space

The Meeting Hall (750 square feet) is a large private suite set up as a conference room style with tables, chairs, whiteboard, 4k TV/Display (with HDMI connections, Apple TV, and Chromecast), podium/lectern, a segmented space with tables/seating, and extra chairs. Ideal for group meetings where you need a lot of open space, larger group meetings or gatherings, or photo/video shoots and other modular room purposes. Other amenities include wifi, free onsite parking, free printing, kitchen facilities, free unlimited coffee/tea/filtered water, outdoor patio seating, onsite grocery/menu.
