Micah W. booked a video shoot for 2 people
The space itself was adequate. Getting in and out was no problem. The photos do a decent job of representing the space. However, it was dirty. The floor was super dusty and had all kinds of stuff all over it. The bathroom was messy, empty toilet paper roll, full trash can, broken toilet seat. Given that I paid a $60 cleaning fee, it was totally unfair since it was clearly not cleaned before we used it. Also, we were interrupted during our filming by someone with a key to the space, who need to use the bathroom... big no no.

I sent a message a day or two ahead of time to find out where to park. No Reply. But was very happy to discover that they did indeed have reserved parking next door. Load in was not easy because of the stairs, but not a huge problem. There was a lot of clothing (merchandise) left in the studio, so not quite the clean lines I was expecting, but again, not really a problem. Wanted to shoot in the "candy shop" on the black & white checkered floor, but it was covered in tiny leaves. So had to sweep it first. This also would not have been a problem were it not for the expensive fee I paid for cleaning. People were coming and going, through the studio, for the first hour of my time, which was a bit concerning. However JT was very friendly and accommodating, and after he locked the door, it was fine. So overall a good experience, just a few minor hiccups.
Latriya A. booked a birthday party for 50 people
The host was nice along with her venue. I was able to decorate the hall and make it come into my 90’s theme vision. However, there is one thing about the night I didn’t enjoy. Another event taking place that I wasn’t aware of. I was a little shock upon arrival seeing a whole other party going on once I made it to start decorating. I have to admit this is something I wasn’t expecting. I overall had a great experience and my guest had a great time.
