About the Space

Our Amazing space is in Santa Monica, Ca, located just blocks away from The Beach and the Third Street Promenade is a simple 5min walk away. This unique space features a photography and dance studio design, ideal location for performance arts theater, has 1300sq. ft of multi-functional space, with a cyclorama wall perfect for film/shoots with mood setting lights or use the dance studio for your needs. With 24 ft ceilings and 10 ft window there is plenty of natural lighting. GALLERY/ART EXHIBITIONS - The stark open space and white walls serve as a blank canvas for any art exhibition. AMENITIES: Cyclorama Wall • White (but can be painted any color for an additional fee) •Cyclorama wall * Fresh Coat of white paint *$135 - Dance Floor - 1300 sq ft total on ground floor - Free wifi - Storefront windows - Fluorescent lighting - Phillips Hue Lights (color changing lightbulbs to set the mood) - Street-level storefront for easy access and loading - Private alley with loading Zone - Private alley accessible for events and productions

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:

  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

Truthfully I was nervous having booked a studio I had never been to with a major video shoot and an A lister celebrity as talent. I can say is it was super smooth, JT and his brother were helpful and accommodating. Best of all when dealing with talent, agents and PR firms there’s little margin for error. Everyone left happy … shoot was fun, relaxed and JT was great with communications which was imperative. I can’t speak to specifics or name the talent due to privacy issues. But if you film here you’re in good hands, and highly recommend. JT, thank you.
