Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC

  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks
  • Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

This two story Townhome is flooded with natural light from glass walls and doors that open to a covered courtyard. A neutral color palette throughout the home makes it perfect for photo shoots and live events. A formal living room with a baby grand piano and fireplace offers multiple seating and entertaining options. The den is encased in three glass walls and features Rat Pack sexy decor. A large eat in kitchen offers the ability to for cooking demonstrations and opens to the courtyard with brick fireplace/barbecue. Two well appointed restrooms on the main floor offer convenience for guests or participants. The upstairs offers to en suite bedrooms which continue the neutral color scheme. The Holly Regency decor is enhanced and bathed in the natural light that streams through the well placed windows throughout the space.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
