Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
We Hire a cleaning team to deep clean and disinfect the space. We clean and disinfect everyday, and also clean and sanitize after every guest.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer

About the Space
This space is perfect for photo shoots and events. Our set space includes a set design photo shoot area including: couch fur rug accent chair bookcase plants 2 desks 4 chairs stained glass vintage phone fashion books (furniture can be moved) We have another photoshoot area that includes backdrops and lighting (6 lights).

Lighting description
There is Natural lighting coming from small upper windows. The bottom windows are blocked with stain glass so people cannot see in. Lighting still comes through. It can also be blacked out.

When the door is shut it is very quiet inside. There is minimal noise coming from outside.

No smoking inside. (There's an area in back you may smoke)
No double parking.
No standing on furniture.
Outside catering allowed. Must provide your own seating if using for a party.
No food on furniture.
Please ask about furniture for small private events.
Let us know if you need to use our lights for your photo shoot. We can take them down

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
