  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Opulent and Sophisticated Art Deco beach home in the Silver Strand of beautiful Marina Del Rey. 1st floor has a huge media room/ recording studio. Wet bar and built-in cabinetry. Doors open to beautiful backyard/ seating area with a buddha statue water feature. There is an elevator that can access all floors. 2nd-floor main entry with full plank grey washed oak flooring. Large living room with high ceilings and handsome fireplace. 3 sets of French doors to a large living room balcony overlooks the backyard and beautiful walk street. LOTS OF NATURAL LIGHT! The elevated dining room has a wet bar and marble table. The kitchen has gleaming NEO counters and sit up center island. Adjacent family room with gorgeous beamed ceiling and stone fireplace. The 3rd floor consists of a generous master suite with a fireplace and double French doors to the bedroom balcony—sensational bath with steam shower, spa tub, dry sauna, extra-large walk-in closet two additional bedrooms and a powder room with tile and wainscoting. 4th floor is a two-tiered rooftop deck with bbq, ocean views, and creatable environments.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
