NO ELEVATOR OCCUPANCY -Capacity is 40-45 seated guests -60 standing guests -5 hour minimum = 1 hour set up, 3 hour event, 1 hour clean up time , no complimentary time is given. TABLES & CHAIRS - 30 black chairs free - 2, 6 ft tables free -10 barstools free - You may bring in your own chairs/tables, but they must be removed by the end of your rental SOUND + STAGE -Aux/ bluetooth capable sound system -stage lighting AND MORE -Customizable selfie wall w/ ring light -Full Kitchen -Patio -2 FREE parking lots LOCATION -4420 Elm Street Dallas, TX -2 minutes from Deep Ellum -Parking lot behind the building and across the street -Entrance is PINK door on FRONT of building on Carroll Ave -WE ARE LOCATED UP A FLIGHT OF STAIRS -NO ELEVATOR -Much like other areas of Dallas, our neighborhood is in the beginning stages of gentrification. We have been located on this block for 3 years and have had ZERO safety incidents at our business/parking lots. - WFAA News called our venue a "Hidden GEM" for a reason! ;) DECOR RULES - Get Creative!! We are a blank canvas. - Hanging from the walls and ceilings is OK with command hooks or tape, NO nails (because of this policy, our walls may have some blemishes from the event before yours.) - NO confetti or Glitter or confetti balloons CLEANING EXPECTATIONS - Remove all belongings that you bring into the space (including; decor, balloons, food, drinks, and all trash) - Put trash inside Dumpster behind the building - We provide cleaning supplies and trash bags BOOKING CALENDAR - We book several events on weekends. Sometimes events are booked back to back on Saturdays & Sundays. - We sanitize and clean restrooms, kitchen, floors and high touch areas with bleach after each event. - Please book your reservation with enough time to set up and clean up. 6-8 hours is recommended if you are decorating - Tours are available before booking. When we arrived, there was someone there and she was amazing. I didn’t catch her name but she showed us how to set up the the balloon arch and even stayed for a bit. She was mopping the floors before we got there so I love that they really took care of this place to ensure that it was clean for our event. Huge space and it was super cute. It has that industrial look. Be warn, there are stairs. Steep as well. So it was quite a workout. A little inconvenient. Also parking, apparently there was a reserved parking space (we were unaware about) but he made us move. Wish there was parking signs in the lot to let us know where we can and can not park.
