TABLES & CHAIRS - 40 black chairs free - 2, 6 ft tables free -10 barstools free - You may bring in your own chairs/tables, but they must be removed by the end of your rental SOUND + STAGE -Aux/ bluetooth capable sound system -stage lighting AND MORE -Customizable selfie wall w/ ring light -Full Kitchen -Patio -2 FREE parking lots LOCATION -4420 Elm Street Dallas, TX -2 minutes from Deep Ellum -Parking lot behind the building and across the street -Entrance is PINK door on FRONT of building on Carroll Ave -WE ARE LOCATED UP A FLIGHT OF STAIRS -NO ELEVATOR -Much like other areas of Dallas, our neighborhood is in the beginning stages of gentrification. We have been located on this block for 3 years and have had ZERO safety incidents at our business/parking lots. - WFAA News called our venue a "Hidden GEM" for a reason! ;) DECOR RULES - Get Creative!! We are a blank canvas. - Hanging from the walls and ceilings is OK with command hooks or tape, NO nails (because of this policy, our walls may have some blemishes from the event before yours.) - NO confetti or Glitter or confetti balloons CLEANING EXPECTATIONS - Remove all belongings that you bring into the space (including; decor, balloons, food, drinks, and all trash) - Put trash inside Dumpster behind the building - We provide cleaning supplies and trash bags BOOKING CALENDAR - We book several events on weekends. Sometimes events are booked back to back on Saturdays & Sundays. - We sanitize and clean restrooms, kitchen, floors and high touch areas with bleach after each event. - Please book your reservation with enough time to set up and clean up. 6-8 hours is recommended if you are decorating - Tours are available before booking. The place was a good space to host a Baby shower that I did The stairs are a little steep so you have to be careful there and because of the Texas heat it was rather hot and the air didn’t quite circulate as well as I wish I had but that’s simply because of the Texas heat The AC was doing the best It could but for the price it provided everything we needed to set up and clean up it was all good

Space was spacious, great bathrooms, and decent parking paces. The host was also informative and nice enough to let us start setting up 5 minutes before our booking time. Ample chairs that are at the venue. These were the only pros. I would not book this venue for future events. The photos are deceiving, it’s my fault for not touring before hand. Had I done that, I would have likely never booked this place. I went on face value and photos as well as the venue’s social media accounts. The walls had holes and the floor reeked of bleach when we arrived. It was obvious that they had just recently cleaned the venue an hour prior to us showing up. The tables are a mess, not all of them are functional. There were a lot of tables but quantity did not make up for quality of the tables. Coolers were dirty, still full of water. Cleaned them out before using them. The patio is nothing to rave about. However the kids had fun up there. Most importantly, the location of this venue was sketchy. It’s not the best place for a family friendly gathering. We did not feel safe walking to and from our own vehicle. And we surely didn’t feel comfortable in the venue. I hate leaving reviews like this. And I’m only giving it a 2 stars and not lower because we still made do with what we had. Definitely not worth the price to lease the property for 5 hours. It was on the cheap side of my budget, I painfully regret being cheap.

We rented this space for a small, private bachelor party for ~30 people and the intimate layout was perfect for our celebration!! Victoria was extremely welcoming and helpful and the space was equipped with everything we needed to keep the party going. The rooftop is an extra added bonus and a great way to keep your out-doorsy peeps entertained. Great experience!!!
