Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disposable masks

About the Space

This space allows for a range of uses across two (2) studios. The Grande Room hosts a 25ft.x10ft. matte white wall with lounge area & available seating for meetings or presentations. The Grande Room also features a 10ft.x10ft. green screen. The next room, our soundstage, Studio B, lies within the building and boasts a 18ft.x10ft. cyclorama wall. Studio B comes with a fixed lighting package to light the wall (RGB) and to light the subject from above (RGB & Temp.) **all bookings will include an onsite technician to ensure a seamless experience** *contact for bulk pricing* A La Carte: -Lighting Package: $30/hr -Audio Recording in Studio A: $50/hr -Live Recording: $40/hr -Grip for hire: $15/hr -Cam Op for hire: &50/hr -Live Recording: $40/hr -Post Production: $20-$50/hr

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
