One of the kind Entertainment guesthouse facility in a most prestigious part of Los Altos Hills. Great view over Bay Area. Has indoor and outdoor space. Outdoor space comprise of large lighted decks and unique builtin professional style lighted bar with 80" HD TV (can be controlled via Chromecast - your content, like presentations or video) Can easily accommodate 40 or so people. Full featured modern kitchen facility with commercial coffee system. Designed for various entertainment events. Huge private property on the hill, over 2 acres total area, no visual from neighbors. Complete privacy, excluding main house (not a part of this rental). This is the rental for GUESTHOUSE/DECK. Total is about 2000sf of decks. 600sf kitchen , covered bar area - about 700sf. This facility primary use is for an event/parties, like birthday. wedding, project presentation and etc. We have about 34 of modern Ikea stackable outdoor chairs if needed (these much better than standard ones ). There is some remodeling going on next to decks - pathway improvement. All reservation exceeding number of people posted in listing - 10 (!) is subject to confirmation with host prior to rent. Please communicate via messages about TOTAL number of people , type of event and etc. Rate posted is for 10 people. Each additional person , including any support staff, is a $50 per person. So if you have more than 10, you will need to pay a base rate, PLUS $50 per each additional person over 10 people. So for example if a base rate for an event is $1000 and you want to have 40 people total, you will need to pay for 30 more at $50 per guest, $1500, for total of $2600. We have add on to your reservation if needed (please use add on tool to add it): - Coffee (American / Cappuccino) - Laser Light Show - 4 professional lasers system projecting moving images and forms to floor and trees/building to have club like atmosphere - Spark Effect machine (up to two), per hour, 1 oz of powder - Space heaters (up to 3) - free to use with your tank, of use ADD on tool to buy propane tank from us Garbage removal. You will need to get a basic cleaning done yourself or by your crew - meaning to collect all garbage, puit in in bags and REMOVE from property. We do not have commercial garbage dumpster. Sound level must be maintained at RESIDENTIAL level. This is not a club or disco. Normal residential level is about TV on high setting. We do not allow any DJ type of equipment or sound systems as it is violates City noise policy. No noise after 10pm is permitted. Only normal voice talk (no singing/shouting and such after 10pm). No use of Sauna/BBQ system is included with this reservation (can be arranged with special deposit and extra large fee for use/cleanup). Not designed for overnight sleeping - no beds. We can provide one inflatable bed if needed.

This was a last minute booking for a teenagers birthday party (we had a venue but she wasn’t happy with it). I requested the venue for 3 hours, from 6 to 9pm. Albert offered $1000 flat rate and I agreed. I read all the t’s + c’s and saw they were strict. I asked if we could come in the morning to hang up the personalized birthday decorations. We had arranged an hour, 10-11, as prep time and I was told to bring cash for that charge and $120 for 2 propane tanks. So it’s starting to add up. Unknown to me one or the other moms stayed at the venue hanging balloons and decorating until 12.30. Albert phoned me shortly after that, on Saturday afternoon, to tell me about this and was shouting at me down the phone as I was standing in the middle of a nail salon with a group of teenagers. I immediately said OK ago the additional charges and told him to bill me through the app. He continued admonishing me, like I was a naughty child. He called me back a second time, to continue his monologue. The party itself went great. We followed every instruction to the letter. No damage. No issues. $1600 later, I’m not sure I would repeat that experience. While the venue is wonderful for parties, and I am tempted to use it again, I will not give my hard-earned money to Albert again. Life is just too short to have to deal with people like this.

Such a beautiful and great space to host almost anything. I hosted a 30th birthday party and I don't think I could have chosen a better listing. It had everything we needed and more (minus a full size refrigerator but we got by). Albert and Andy (the on-site maintenance person, hope that's his name. Sorry if it isn't!) were both very professional and easy to communicate with. Book this if you can!
