Large Industrial Loft in East Williamsburg with a large 3-wall cyclorama. The space is layed out like an Apartment with a full Kitchen/ bathroom/ 'living room area' with a large work area. Washing machine/Dryer Studio with access to tools / ladders etc. 4500K Led Panel lights are installed in the space. Additional lights may be needed for your needs DSLR Camera and tripod available for rent

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Loft is cleaned and disinfected before and after each use; cyclorama receives fresh paint job between each use, as well. No shoes(except for models) / drinks / unaproved props and or movement allowed in the cyc. Touch up paint will be provided for you to use during your shoot for scuffs and marks, shoe covers will also be provided. If cyc is left damaged or in bad condition an additional $60 paint fee will be added on the the rental.
