The venue is surrounded by 12 foot glass windows and mirrors on both sides of the room. There are some areas with tile flooring however more than 90% is covered with beautiful red oak hardwood flooring. The venue is classy, modern, cozy, rustic and trendy which matches with vibe in Design District. Our boutique style studio offers access to Design District’s neighboring areas such as Uptown, Downtown, Deep Ellum, Bishop Arts, Oak Cliff and Highland Park. Floor to ceiling windows and mirrors provide the perfect backdrop to any special day! The studio is surrounded by galleries, fine dining, shopping, upscale living, the Dallas Farmers Market, bowling and the new home of Virgin Hotel.

We loved everything about the venue. It was the perfect space for about 50 guests that we hosted. The venue is centrally located with plenty of free parking. The venue owners were very helpful and communicative. I would definitely use the space again.

The space is excellent for pop up art shows. With adequate table seating space for those who want to rest and converse, and enough space to easily accommodate 25 - 30 display easels.

Gilda and Stephen were so wonderful to work with. The space was absolutely perfect for my pop up shopping event. There was a plenty of open space plus a bar and bathrooms. Parking was easy and there was enough for a lot of people coming in and out. It’s also in a great location on Oak Lawn but tucked back so it’s not in the middle of everything. Booking was easy and both Gilda and Stephen made the whole process smooth. I highly recommend this space!
