About the Space

Book 4 hours now to hold your date and time. The booking can be updated the week of your event. If you think you may only go over by up to an hour, that time can be added at the end. We are experienced at hosting film shoots with craft services. 1500 sq ft Gallery, Show, Set of 5500 sq ft of various uses. Music Studio, Conference room, kitchen, yoga dance studio, offices, areas that can be staged as Talk Show, Bedroom, Living Room, class room and more. We have various furnishings and props that can be used. We have and on site Chef for your craft and catering needs. We have a beautiful new kitchen with an 11 ft island that is perfect for cooking shows and classes. We have hosted Reunions, Birthday Parties, Celebrations of Life, Musical Shows, Indie Film and music videos. Located in a Shopping Center above retail shops. Free parking. Eateries in the shopping center as well as a Target and Trader Joe’s. Daily rate of $900 based on 12 day

Parking description

Located in a small shopping center. Plenty of free parking in lot closest to our lobby, especially after hours between 7:30pm and 9:00am. Worse case scenario, guests might have to park on the street next to our lot or on the other side of the building or across the street...still very close and free!

Space does not have natural light

Lighting description

The kitchen is the only space with natural light. The lighting is commercial tube lighting. Lights can be clamped to the ceiling tracks.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

We are above a shopping center. We cannot hear traffic noise. Mondays, Weds, Friday, Sat and Sunday afternoon are best days as the businesses that share our floor are closed. Sometimes we can hear the music from other businesses downstairs. With notice we can ask them to turn down their music. We do get some airplane noise every couple of hours. I suggest booking between 7pm-8am if a very quiet set is needed. We have 3 AC units. We can turn off one or all if necessary.

Equipment loading description

We are in a shopping center. Early load in before the center opens is best. before 8am or after 7pm the night before. During other hours there are spots that are not designated parking but are used by bigger trucks for deliveries. We would direct you where to park and unload. There is plenty of space to move the truck if necessary to the other side of the building.

Staging area is available

We can create a room in one of our individual offices. details like this should be expressed clearly at booking so we can make arrangements. We have a large bathroom in our suite and common area bathrooms just outside of the space.

Some rooms are off-limits for shooting

We would lock the doors to the rooms that are off limits.

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

Electrical system description

We have many outlets. The breakers are in our suites and accessible. some productions have also plugged into the outlets out in the hall just out side the suites. For the current small productions of 15 or less it should not be a concern.

General Rules

No Smoking in the space. We are community and social services providers who have developed our creative space to be shared. Our permits do not allow for adult xx films or shows of explicit sexual content. Think PG 13 and R. After hours film production is welcome. Late going parties are welcome.

All ages are allowed in the space

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Furniture should not by moved outside of the building. We have space to move things into storage next door if necessary. We have large pop art that we have permission from the Artist to have in the back ground but we can move if it's not wanted in the shot. There are a few wall sculptures in one area that are best not to remove. if they do need to be removed I prefer our own laborer removed and re install at an extra fee.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We space our events at least 3 days in between. Floors are mops twice weekly and immediately after each event. All surfaces are cleaned twice weekly and after each event.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

The space has the following features:

Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

Yes, I would book again.

Gina and her son were both so amazing at helping me with everything I needed for my party! The space was perfect for celebrating my graduation. They set up karaoke for us and it was a blast!!! The cherry on top was my boyfriend suprise proposed to me and now I have a beautiful memory attached to this very cool venue!!! If you are on the fence about booking I can assure you, you will have zero regrets. All my guest loved it!!!

Let me just say 5 stars isn’t enough! By far the best venue I had the pleasure of renting. My party was a major hit and that’s primarily because of Gina and her venue. Perfect parking, an elevator or stairs to conveniently go to the venue, she’s on standby to take care of all of your needs, Trader Joe’s is literally next door (Which was much appreciated for the few stores I needed lol) and just so many more amenities! We played a few games, had a dj, bartender and food section and everyone still had tons of space to eat and mingle with other guest. Thank you a million times Gina for everything looking forward to future bookings with you!

This was the perfect venue for my daughter's baby shower. We had 35 guests for a sit-down, buffet lunch. There was a full kitchen, tables and chairs to seat all guests, plenty of restrooms, and a karaoke hook-up. The owner's son was available that afternoon and really got the crowd going with his great singing and enthusiasm. Gina, the owner, was the best, very accommodating and answered all of my questions promptly and helpfully. I highly recommend this venue!
