Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We have two HEPA Certified Air Filters running continuously an hour before-after and during all shoots. Both filters are certified to cover over 3000 square feet against airborne spore and pathogens such as those found in the COVID 19 virus. We also clean before and after each shoot to ensure that clients always feel safe and secure when booking with us. On every flat surface, we provide complimentary hand sanitizer, as well as follow all CDC - State - and federal guidelines.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Hand Sanitizer
Disposable masks / face coverings

Lighting description

Outside of one small window in our kitchenette, which can easily be covered for a complete blockout of any natural light, there are no other windows in the space. You can, however, shoot with the garage door open for plenty of natural light (weather permitting).

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

We only ever book one production at a time on our CYC Wall. We are, however, also a music recording studio, with two recording suites within our creative space. Although the recording suites are located separate from the CYC, sound from active sessions will often bleed into the area. For this reason, we offer, and strongly recommend, our studio blockout add on for any live sound recordings, and REQUIRE the blockout for any shoots that include live drums. The blockout ensures that there will be no recording sessions happening in the space during your shoot, and that there will be no distractions from foot traffic and/or noise from other clients in the co-working space. In terms of the surrounding area, we are along a line of warehouses, and there is occasional noise from neighbors (trucks pulling out/loading, etc.). In past interview shoots, this has required short occasional pauses. These kind of interruptions typically take place between the hours of 6am and 3pm.

We have a garage door for easy access to load in/out directly from the CYC.

All clients booked on the wall have exclusive access to the green room -- which is located right next to the wall, and directly across from our kitchenette.

Some rooms are off-limits for shooting

Booking this listing allows you access to shoot on the CYC wall. Capturing content in the green room is permitted, but all studio suites and common areas are off limits for shooting.

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

Electrical system description

Our circuit breaker is located in our supply closet near the kitchenette. There will always be a staff member on site to assist with finding it if necessary.

General Rules

- 2 hour minimum - Set up and breakdown must be factored into your total booking time - Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled booking - Outside Catering is allowed - If a fresh paint is need - Client agrees to a ($175) repainting fee

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

No furniture can be removed from the building, but guests are free to re-arrange things in the CYC wall area to best cater to their shoot. There will always be a team member on site who can answer any questions around this.

Security cameras at all entrances and every room of the creative space (excluding bathrooms, dressing room/green room)

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Such a cool wall that looks amazing on video + great amenities— however the space wasn't entirely private as it also contains a recording studio, and in order for other renters to get to the studio, they must pass through your shooting area. Still, thank you VAULT for your accommodation and for creating such a unique backdrop!

Fantastic location with a giant cyclorama - perfect for our music video shoot. Spacious dressing room, vending machine, kitchenette, complementary cold waters etc. LB was very friendly and helpful! The ceilings are super high and we were able to hang fabric down onto our set for a very striking look. Thanks for the great studio, guys!
