Space is outdoors. Bookings are not back to back to allow for cleaning of outdoor furniture in between
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space
The backyard is a large, long rectangular space enclosed by fencing. Trees and bushes around the perimeter. Large area in the center with small rocks. Large concrete pad can be used for parking or dance floor. Gazebo, outdoor furniture (couches, sun chaises).... lots of potential. We've had art / spiritual retreats, birthday parties, yoga class, women's events and church services here.

Parking description
There is a long driveway with concrete parking pad onsite that could hold up to 10 cars. To get beyond the driveway into the backyard (where the parking pad is) you have to pass through a gate that is 8' wide. There is plenty of free street parking all around the block

Lighting description
It's a backyard area on the west side of the house, so it gets indirect sunlight in the morning and direct sunlight in the afternoon
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
Back yard is set back from the street but you can hear the faint swish of cars going by. Neighbors usually quiet. If A/C is making noise I am happy to turn that off.

Equipment loading description
Driveway access from the street straight to the backyard. If truck is wider than 8 ft, will have to stop at the gate and unload.

Can access the house indoors for $125 / hr rate (not included with $100/hr rate)
All rooms are available for shooting

General Rules
Pasadena Noise Ordinance - must be down to 50 decibels (normal level of conversation) by 10 pm
Event must end by 2 am. Cars parked on the street are ticketed between 2-6 am.
Outside catering is allowed.
There are 2 electrical outlets and a water spigot outside.
Without access to indoor kitchen & bathrooms: $100/hr
With access to indoor kitchen & bathrooms: $125 /hr
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is not required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
IT's outdoors. You can move any outdoor furniture, including the gazebo, as long as it's put back.
Smoke machines are allowed

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
